Below is a full list of the duties we ask of our servers.
When you choose Top Shelf for your food service and event set up needs, our servers will:
- Put out all linens, silverware, glassware, napkins and centerpieces
- Build out your guest table, cake table and buffet tables
- Assist with setting out any flowers or decor
- Build out stationary appetizer tables, charcuterie and cheese stations
- Tray pass appetizers when the option is available
- Tray pass cocktails
- Clean and clear all rentals and trash
- Table side wine and water
- Help serve food on the buffet
- Work with a drop off caterer to prepare and serve food
- Bus and clear plates, glassware and utensils
- Scrape and re-rack your rentals for return
- Take out all trash
- Help you load any leftovers and gifts into your vehicle
- Do a final walk through with the venue representative or estate owner before departing to ensure cleanliness.
